Parmesan shortbread rounds piped with a stilton mousse and topped with caramelized red onions.

Melba toast spread with trout & toasted macadamia nut pate finished off with Toasted 3 seeds croutes topped with parmesan and garnished with and fresh herbs.

Puff Pastry Mozzarella Cheese Filled Stars

with Roasted Red Pepper Pesto
